Came in store for a faulty marketplace refurbished phone. The first employee I went to helped with the entire process in a very helpful manner. The whole team was exceptional at both customer interactions and their product knowledge. They found the best solution and long term price for my new phone and even allowed me to come back when I changed my mind on the item. They were understanding, friendly and amazing at their job. Will definitely come back in store for more products and online purchase faults.
I always find the staff helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday was no exception, with the concierge taking me directly to the area I needed, to Ross informing me my item could be replaced under warranty, which I hadn’t thought of, and then helping me reduce my Telstra bill. He did it all for me, and I left the store a very happy girl. I always appreciate the good service I receive in the Launceston store.
We went into the store this morning and spent about an hour and a half witth Roscoe sorting out our wifi while travelling around Tasmania, he not only sorted that plus both our phone plans, accounts and has saved us a lot of money and stress on our present plans. Fixed an issue on my iphone which is 18 months old, which Telstra said there was no problems. Thank you so much for your customer service and friendly attitude.
Excellent Customer Service!nnA pair of Sony headphones broke within a year of their purchase a Sony issue - not a JB one. Sony quoted me a ridiculous amount for the repairs and faulted me for the damage to the headphones when it was a well-known issue of the particular model. JB's operation coordinator managed to get me a return authority, and now I am enjoying a new pair of Bose headphones. Go JB!
​I am writing this review to warn other customers about the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the store manager, Greg, at the Launceston JB Hi-Fi.n​I called the store to discuss returning a faulty product—a large TV—and was met with immediate disrespect. The manager, Greg, was not only unhelpful and dismissive of my issue, but he also abruptly hung up on me while I was attempting to explain the situation.n​For a store manager to treat a customer this way is completely unacceptable. He showed no willingness to listen or engage in a professional manner, and his attitude was deeply disrespectful. This kind of conduct should not be tolerated from someone in a leadership position. I hope this call was recorded, so that JB Hi-Fi's head office can hear exactly how this manager treats customers.n​The company's in-store policy appears to be in direct contradiction of Australian Consumer Law. My issue was only resolved after I spoke to another manager, Von.nWhile I initially had a difficult experience with one manager, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to several members of the Launceston team for their exceptional help in resolving this matter. A special thank you to Nick for listening to my initial concerns and directing my call to the right person, and to Von, who worked with me to arrange the delivery of the new television and the collection of the faulty one.n​I also want to especially acknowledge Mark, another store manager, who was incredibly helpful and empathetic. He took the time to listen to my issue and reassured me that if I ever need help in the future, I can look for him. His willingness to assist me and his professionalism are a testament to great customer service. Thank you all for making things right.
