Great place for all electrical!nGood prices and fair deals.nGood products.nStaff really know their stuff.nStaff are pleasant and helpful and plenty of free parking right at the door.

I visited this store on 28/07/24 and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Unfortunately, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I needed assistance.nI approached multiple employees with questions about a product, but was met with a lack of knowledge and a dismissive attitude. When I asked for the assistance, I was told to asked the other team members as  they need to do something else. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and support. It’s disappointing to feel ignored and unvalued. The staff’s inability to help me has left a sour taste and I will think twice before returning to this location.

Katie at the launceston store is absolutely amazing to deal with, she is so friendly and very helpful nothing was a problem. Katie helped me and explained so much to me when I was looking at my now new coffee machine.nThank you again Katie
