MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE IN LAUNCESTON TO BUY DVDS!!!!! I was shopping around for a few DVDs for a relative for their birthday. I went to Sanity in Charles street, thinking because they have been around for a while they would be the best in town for what I was looking for. I couldn’t have been more wrong!!! The “staff” were too busy taking to each other from the counter to the back of the store to realise that I was in there, when I found the DVDs that I had been looking for they only had two of the three season I needed. When I asked the “staff” if they had the missing season they said that they didn’t have it in stock and didn’t have a clue when it was coming in despite it being a recently released season. I checked out the JB HiFi website and saw that they not only had all the seasons I needed but they were cheaper. I asked the “staff” at Sanity if they would match the price once the DVD come in and they flatly and quite rudely said “NO WE DONT PRICE MATCH HERE, YOU’ll HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE”. So I did. THANKYOU JB HiFi for coming to Launceston!!! So don’t shop at Sanity, the staff are either too preoccupied talking about someone else that works there, too rude to have a proper conversation, they won’t price match even with big competition in town and they are under stocked and over priced. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN, LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER.

Always receive excellent service an if ya can't find that one movie or tv series you haven't seen in a while they are always happy to sauce it for you
