Carbil answered all my questions with confidence and a friendly attitude. They were understanding towards their clients needs and left me feeling secure in the decisions made around my repair. They showed great communication throughout by keeping me up to date. It is especially nice to see a capped labour fee. I highly recommend this business for PC repairs with a great turn around time.

Carbil computers have great customer service and good work ethic and quality

Fantastic, helpful service. We were buying a computer for our 9 year old son who is mad about computers, they took the time to find out what we need and explain our options, and everything we needed to know, they fully answered all our sons questions and they were not pushy at all. We have bought a laptop from them before and find they’re after service fantastic as well.

Great customer service but overpriced compared to online au shops

Best Computer Shop, everything so well explained,  very professional, felt confident to leave my laptop here knowing Staff genuinely keen to Help and resolve any issues . Mark is Brilliant.
