Had been using sMod for a couple of years. After getting invoice for a new year, I wanted to find out the analytics so I could make a decision as to whether to continue with this type of website. After many unreturned phone calls and emails and eventually making contact with sMod, I was threatened with the website being taken down if the invoice was not paid (I wanted analytics first to know what type of website I wanted for the year). Reluctantly, I paid the year fee in advance, only to find my website had been removed even though I was promised if I paid, I'd get the information I was chasing. After phone calls and abusive conversations including a hang up, I had to get Consumer Affairs involved and only just receive a refund for the unused portion of my years subscription (six months later). Was the worse customer experience I've had and I would not recommend this company.
