I've given them more than one star because the Wattyl product is a good product and this review is more about the Burleigh store and it's woeful customer service. The service personnel managed to get my blood boiling and I felt like reaching through the phone and grabbing him by the throat. He put me in my place like I was a 5 year old at school. Never ever again. Bad vibes team!
Needed some paint specs of a job over a year ago bought on my Painter's account and they called me back in ten minutes with all the details. Can't fault the service. Thanks Team

I wish to advise all that the young fellow I am 76 working today went to tremendous effort to satisfy my need for a 500ml tin of paint. Not only was he knowledgeable, he even offered to get rid of an old tin to the recyclers on our behalf. All this for a bit over $7 in the till. Keep him.
My husband and I are very new to painting and honestly had no idea what we were doing when we went in. The team here were excellent. Especially Karen, oh my god! What a boss. She is hands down one of the most and down to earth sales people we have ever come across. We will continue to go back and see the team here as they’re all such a pleasure. Sam also was a stand out. He is always so attentive, kind and will always go above and beyond. Thanks again. Meg and Blake.
