I don’t know what all these other reviewers are taking about. We have been deal with this group as tenants for the past 4 months and honestly this group of property managers are the worst people I have ever done business. Repairs - they don’t do them. Communication - they don’t communicate. Issueing receipts for rent - yeah they don’t do that either. In fact the only thing that Wagga property management are good at doing is making excuses and talking a lot of nonsense. Whether you are a tenant looking for a place to live, or a client looking for someone to look after your property. Look anywhere but here. This is a terrible business run by unorganised and unprofessional people with zero idea about what the word “service” actually means.

Dave it's been fantastic seeing your office grow from strength to strength. Your office is a true market leader in your area, as well as in the industry. You've also set a high standard of how property management should be done within the industry. You're also about giving back to the community and other agents in the industry, and this certainly speaks volumes about you and the level of service you provide your clients.
