Shame zero stars isn't an option. Appalling and unprofessional. Service and communication is non-existent, no urgency taken in ensuring efficient responses to action items, and emails are completely ignored, particularly if they're in the wrong (which rumour has it is an internal policy). Dodgy tradies are used for exorbitant prices which no doubt offers NSWSM attractive kick-back. However, they have no problems with charging through the roof for this non-existent service though. Also interesting to note the positive feedback in these reviews appears staged.

Unfortunately Google does not allow me to post zero stars review. Their service is poor and their staff is unresponsive to emails. Their telephone/reception service is useless (suggest that I send a follow up email, which is not helpful as they don't reply to emails!!). I've had much better strata management services from other companies in NSW, would not recommend them.

My partner and I are owner-occupiers and have been trying to resolve a simple issue on our strata-managed common area in the Ropes Crossing area for months, and have been unable to attain an effective resolution to the problem. We have been bounced around to three different strata managers, and each time they have asked us the same questions and promptly done nothing to help us. The various strata managers have promised a great deal, but delivered on very little. On top of this issue not being resolved for around 9 months, the company does not maintain the common area at all, the grass is all dead and it is covered in weeds. We do not live in apartments, but in a detached house in a complex.

We are not happy with this company at all, and would advise prospective customers to stay away.

Quite possibly the rudest strata management I have dealt with. Avoiding phone calls, forwarding nonsensical emails without even a greeting and way over priced. Look elsewhere - these guys do no cut it.

I have worked with NSW Strata on various strata related legal matters.  I have found them to be very professional and competent strata managers and I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending their services as strata managers.
