PLEASE READ!!! Simon Wick worst strata manager by far, DO NOT use them, ask them to fix our shower leakage which is part of the strata management, took them nearly 2 weeks and still haven't fixed anything apart from sending people over to "have a look". Furthermore, he has yet to sent an invoice about the refund that was their fault for not alerting us that strata fee was due and has penalty us for late payments. Also his attitude towards us are unacceptable as before he has hang up on us when we were making complains to him. We had contacted Robert about this but he didn't do anything else but just apologies for him. He still has yet to make an apology I am writing this review now because i now know about this situation that my mum has told me.

My experience with Waratah, both with Robert Crosbie and Peter Rehayem, is one of complete professionalism in strata management and law. They bring the right blend of management and flexibility to ensure the strata is run in a way that suits the Strata Corporation. Their competence in all strata matters, their clear communication with the Executive Committee and Strata Corporation, and their approachable nature has significantly improved the situation for our previously self-managed strata. I highly recommend them.

If I could give them 0 I would; by far the worst Strata that exists in Australia; especially their manager Robert who is the rudest person you would ever meet in your life; do yourself a favour and do not use them !!!

Gross incompetence, poor management, totally uncooperative, delays and overpriced contractors, shoddy workmanship, very poor account keeping, lost data never recovered, most unhelpful attitude. If this is what your strata committee wants, Waratah is the one for you.
