I had an incredible stay at the W Melbourne! From the moment I arrived, the service was amazing the staff were so attentive, welcoming, and made everything feel effortless. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and every detail felt luxurious.nnThe breakfast buffet was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had so fresh, delicious, and such a great variety.nnOverall, an amazing experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay again!
Overall, the stay was quite satisfactory — the valet parking and front desk staff during the day were all very professional and courteous.nnHowever, the pet-related services could really use some improvement. We agreed to pay an additional $150 per night for our pets, but I honestly couldn’t figure out what this fee was for. After housekeeping, the cat litter box was still left uncleaned, and only a very small amount of litter was provided. Even when we requested more, the refill was minimal. As for the dog, only one pee pad was provided for the entire week nnThere was also an unexpected incident — we hadn’t ordered any food, but when we returned to the room, the door had been opened and a food trolley with fries had been pushed inside. Thankfully, we and our pets were not in the room at the time.nnThe day before checkout, we asked the front desk about possibly extending our stay for one more night. They informed us that we could confirm the extension by the following morning. However, when we notified them later that same night technically early morning that we would like to extend, we were told the hotel was already fully booked and could only offer us a smaller room. After a series of discussions, the issue was finally resolved and we were able to extend our stay — though it did take quite some time, and honestly, it was late and we were just hoping to rest by then.nnWe truly hope the hotel can strengthen its pet-friendly services, and we look forward to seeing you again next time. Also, a big thank you for the little gift you prepared for our pet — she absolutely loved it!
Stayed at W Hotel Melbourne and it was genuinely excellent. The place feels stylish and the rooms are modernly designed, comfortable, with small details that actually make a difference. The staff were the real highlight. They’re very friendly, lovely, welcoming and genuinely helpful without the fake enthusiasm you get elsewhere. Everything, from check-in to breakfast, just worked smoothly. Must explore the pool, great city views while taking a dip in water. Location is perfect for exploring the city and the vibe is upbeat but still relaxed. It’s rare to find a hotel that gets both service and atmosphere right, but this one does. Would definitely stay again.

It felt like stepping into a brand-new space. Housekeeping maintained high standards throughout my stay, and I always returned to a pristine room.nnThe location is exceptional — right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Yet the hotel is tucked away just enough to give you peace and quiet when you want it.nnAll in all, a perfect blend of stellar service, flawless cleanliness, and unbeatable location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium stay.
Very memorable birthday celebration in W Melbourne, I would say the standards for W hotels internationally, is pretty consistent. This is the first W hotel that we stayed at that doesn’t have automatic shades but still cool nonetheless! Shoutout to one of the staff for doing such a good job introducing us to the room and being so welcoming. Ordered Eggs Benedict at the breakfast buffet but it didn’t come
