Absolutely fantastic.nBest sandwich I've ever had, attention to detail on a sandwich! is beyond amazing.nStunning views of docklands from dining area.nAmazing staff - the lady downstairs was so polite and pleasant and the staff at the lounge are professional and nothing but super stars. With a great sense of humour too!nThe house rose was beautiful.nWill definitely visit again! Thank you Ritz Carlton!

My favourite place to stay in Melbourne! The property is beautiful and location is very convenient. The rooms are nicely decorated and the view is amazing. The best thing about the hotel though is staff. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and provided with all the information about hotel and roundabouts. Duty manager Kristina was incredible and helped us to feel at home. Will definitely be back!

We will stay here every time we visit Melbourne!nnThe staff was amazing!nWe had the club lounge suite which was beautiful beyond!!nThe cocktails the lounge were amazing!nThe spa, oh my gosh it was just so beautiful and relaxing!! I had a facial and a massage and I felt so rejuvenated after! We relaxed by the beautiful pool area! Then later used the sauna and steam rooms!nnOnly thing I’d say is for the chefs to improve the food taste and flavours, the food was pretty bland and dry in taste..

I stayed 3 nights here and wow, the service was amazing! We requested early check-in due to our flight being so early and they had a room ready for us, as soon as we arrived. The scenery is beautiful, and the rooms were luxurious. Found the location to be convenient and easy to travel to-and-from. Would recommend anyone looking for a luxurious stay with amazing service, will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful time during our night away. The room, facilities, and dining were all great. Nick really took care of us and made us feel welcome, always checking in to see if we needed anything. His overall, the customer service was fantastic.nWe’ll definitely be planning to come back soon for our next night away.
