nnI recently stayed at Quest St Kilda and was absolutely delighted by my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff, particularly Finn, who provided exceptional customer service. Finn’s welcoming and accommodating nature truly stood out, making me feel right at home from the very beginning.nnThe room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail and the high standard of cleanliness were evident, which greatly enhanced my overall experience.nnI highly recommend Quest St Kilda for anyone looking for a superb place to stay. With such outstanding customer service and comfortable accommodations, it’s easily a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits!
All are perfect except for the coffee machine in the lobby that was closed during the wee hours as I have to leave early during that day. The location is not that good as there were no grocery stores nearby and only cafes are there and if you want to have more options, you need to walk a little bit further for it. Trams are there at the center. Overall, the service was excellent, the room is nice, the amenities are great.
We had two nights in the studio apartment. The room was nice and clean, however the air conditioning was very noisy, and I mean like being in a aeroplane. You could not turn it off, I even had reception come and check it and was told it was normal and no way to stop it. It wasn't until 4am after next to no sleep did we think to remove the room key from the activation cradle, this finally shut it off and some little sleep could be had. If you stay here, take good ear plugs, or remember to take out the key card you will have no main lights but it won't sound like your in a jet.
We stayed 2 nights in an executive apartment and it was quite enjoyable. First let's get the negatives out. There is no swimming pool, no restaurant or eating facilities, no bar to drink at and the pull out sofa bed was one of the worse I've slept on in years. Much more comfortable leaving it as is because it is a decent size. Parking at front can be difficult during peak when checking in. Better off doing so at Louise or Leopold Street nearby, especially if parking is fully booked plus its free on weekends. We've been having staycations in different hotels regularly and this Quest is in the better end of the market. The staff are friendly and courteous as one would expect. The room we had was large and spacious and had all the amenities one would expect in a fully self catered apartment. 4 x electric stove top. Microwave. Dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer. The works. I would be content with living there for weeks if I had to. The location is excellent IMO as it is close to public transport and minutes from the CBD. It is within walking distance to the Alfred hospital. By car everything is a short trip e.g CBD, MSAC, Albert Park golf course, South Melbourne market etc. Definitely a place we would recommend and come back to.
This property is fantastic value. One of the best properties I have stayed in anywhere in Australia. Clean, modern, friendly, comfortable, great air con, quiet and handy location. Will become my regular for future business trips. Anyone that doesn’t give this property at least 4 stars is probably a crazy person as you can see the number of 4 & 5 stars far outweigh the others. Well done team.
