Closing weekend 30th year movie celebration was fun. We saw Batman Forever and my kids loved it.
This cinema is great. The parking is good and it is very accessible to all.nThere are escalators and elevators going up to the cinema. There are big wide open spaces down below in a small mall type courtyard area where you can get a bite to eat before or after you go to the cinema or even if you don’t.nThe Gold Class service here was great and the cinema was very clean and comfortable. In our experience it was on par with Chadstone or the Melbourne Central Cinema’s. Just on a smaller scale. Which can be perfect if you don’t want all the fuss of going to a bigger place.
Went to see Wicked today. They only had coke available, or Sprite in a bottle. Additionally, cinema 5, row F seat 10 didn’t have a cup holder on either side. As you can expect, a pretty full cinema so I couldn’t move to a seat with a cup holder.
Nice theatres. Comfy seats. Good popcorn. Great screens. Very convenient adjacent parking garage
A post-apocalyptic 90s HellscapennJam factory was a popular hang out in the 90s but is now an empty shell of cinemas oddly still operating. A weird time capsule trapped in dysfunction and decay.nnIn summary:n1. Automatic tickets machines do not work.n2. Only one staff member tending to snacks and tickets. The poor teen working everything *hand wrote* the tickets!n3. It reeks of mould and water damage.n4. Seats uncomfortable, dirty, made my skin crawl or was something actually crawling on me?.n5. Cinema was warm and humid, no apparent climate control.n6. Worse of all, the screen was damaged in the centre! It is so distracting it ruined the viewing experience.nnI'm surprised this place hasn't been condemned. I would not recommend.
