Palais Theatre is a beautiful venue with historic charm and stunning architecture. The ambiance really adds to the experience of seeing a live performance. However, the seating can be quite uncomfortable for longer shows, and the legroom is limited, making it difficult to stay comfortable. Additionally, the acoustics are hit or miss depending on where you are seated. Overall, it's a nice place to catch a show, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.
The Palais Theatre is a magnificent venue in which to see or hear a show. The grandeur grows as you explore the levels and architectural features. It's graceful lines and well designed spaces are amazing.nWhen you book your next show or concert there you won't be disappointed.nnUnfortunately there is a design flaw that gives a line of sight from the first floor promenade to the gentleman's urinal. Nobody should be exposed to, or by that!
I came here for the first time to watch a favourite of mine perform, Eric Nam with the addition of the talented Keenan Te as a show opener! and it was an amazing experience The venue was easy to access, ticketing and all that was a smooth process and it was a full house. It's a nice place to visit if you like live shows or events! And beautiful as well.
Been here few times, overall have a god & fun experience. Strategic location, reachable by public transport. Recently went to see Missy Higgins there and it was mind blowing! The staffs were friendly & professional and the restrooms are nice & clean.
Ah-mazing! Saw Simple Minds here!nThe venue and the performance didn’t disappoint. Seats were comfy and view was comfy, even tho we were in the nose bleeds. Always a queue for the ladies, so this is a reminder that there are more loos on the 1st level. Take in the surrounds! Chandelier. Staircases. Walls. The comp water on departure was a nice touch xx
