I love St.Kilda Fit Club, the sessions are extensive and often include a good amount of stretching or strength exercises too. The bikes have a really nice weighting and momentum to them, feeling very much like riding a real one! The sound system is loud and they do good music too. I've been really pleased with the results and credit the classes with gaining me a few extra k's per hour on the road.

I love St K Fit Club.

Melissa is a great coach - full of energy and great fun.

There's a real community feel too - which I really enjoy.

Try it. I recommend it :)
