The foundation of St Kilda Health & Fitness has been formed by over 20 years of combination training ranging from coaching sporting teams and schools to individual pursuits including marathons/triathlons & body physique shows.

The environment that we have created at 'SH&F' is friendly and personable, a place where you know all the trainers by name and are introduced to your fellow trainees, unlike a conventional large ‘chain gym’.
