They train Mixed martial arts, brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling and personal training plus children’s brazilian jiu-jitsu. Environment is safe, clean and friendly.

Great group of people. Coach's are super friendly and they have a great wealth of experience. The new facility is great. In addition, the Muay Thai coach, Liam, is a total babe.

Sister club to the Absolute MMA CBD facility, offering predominantly Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with a handful of MMA, Wrestling and limited striking classes. The Coach, Lachlan Giles, provides excellent technical instruction with a studiously refined approach, incorporating an emphasis on the crucially technical details that comprise each movement or technique. The efficacy of his approach is exemplified through his newer students rising rapidly under his tutelage, and the legacy continuously being cemented in the Brazilian JiuJitsu scene with numerous resident world championship title-winning athletes and state/national championship title-holders. Indubitably the best "pound for pound" Brazilian JiuJitsu club in Australia.

Kind and considerate coaches with a friendly open atmosphere would definitely recommend trying them out.
