RIP OFF MERCHANT'S!!
These guys are renovating for my parents and I can't believe the stress and anguish they're putting them through. It's almost sadistic.
They demand money up front and then don't turn up to work unless you get lawyers involved.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
Plenty of other builders out there that won't screw you over. My advice is keep looking.
