Utter Disaster. This company is so unprofessional, unorganized, & very incompetent. Their communication is poor, deadlines/promises never kept, range is extremely limited (they are more like a below average investment style builder, definitely not 1st home owners in my opionion) & staff are way out of their depth. We terminated our build as a result of poor management and we were highly dissapointed in their lack of understanding of even simple tasks, in their lack of communication, their lack of empathy and their arrogance. Strongly recommend you do research!! Make sure you know a bit about building regulations, fair prices for materials, your owner rights, especially if you plan to build outside of QLD - as they have no samples, no display homes, no offices, no local agent and no clue about their material suppliers in the Hunter Valley.
