Just had the best stay at one of Tucker Real Estates holiday houses. Great staff and excellent communication in the lead up as well as  throughout my stay. 5 stars all round!

Absolutely shocking to deal with. Their cleaners regularly did not clean the property well and did not report damaged items as they were required to, which resulted in us being hundreds of dollars of pocket. It took over a week and 3 phone calls to the principle for them to return money that they'd 'overlooked' withholding. 
Overall the agency as a whole does not care about anything other than taking your money and avoiding taking any responsibility.
Find someone else to manage your holiday let and save yourself the the stress of dealing with this company.
