Have been here number of times over the years! The quality of the food is not bad and fairly consistent. The pho broth was pretty nice but serving portions could have been improved and didn’t have as many types of ingredients compared to others. The pork chop was nice but a little fry. Overall a good option for Vietnamese in cbd area.
We got takeaway for a Saturday lunch which was really nice. Staff were friendly and amenable. We both had Pho and both really enjoyed it. Can't comment on the rest of the menu as we haven't tried it yet.
Very authentic vietnamese food...look at the pan fried chicken wings, delicious. And the rice noodles soup, the rice noodles are so chewy, the texture is great. Very nice meal. Will definitely go again if coming to Canberra.

Went there for the pho recently. Great broth, great tasting. Grossly insufficient noodles - like about half what a normal portion would be. Ok beef. Decent price $13/13.50 for a bowl. But i'd much rather pay a little more for a complete meal.
I’ve been here a lot because food is really nice here. But my last service was very disappointed. The soups were tasteless and the food was bland
Tu Do serves disappointing pho and features mediocre service at best. The pho lacks the distinct traditional herbs used in a pho broth. This makes the pho taste like generic beef stock. The portion size is average at best. The service was inattentive despite being a less than busy evening meal time. The servers were often scrolling through their phone while multiple customers were trying to get their attention.
I love this place. But my vegetarian girlfriend doesn't like the options. Would be great if they changed the menu so I could eat here more often. The mint beef is my favourite highly recommend. They also have mint chicken which is also good.
Been eating at this restaurant for more than 20 years. Consistently good Vietnamese food, never disappoints.
