Hola!! Bienvenidos a Black Fire, "Fuego Nero" a fiercely individualistic Mediterranean cuisine restaurant.

We prepare delicious imaginative dishes with an exciting wondrous presentation to bring to your table our food, our taste, our culture, our love for cooking.

The meats, seafood and vegetables are rustically cooked through our open fire roast, the wood fire oven and the charcoal grill, to extol a unique flavor. In our restaurant you will eat our food in all of it's authenticity.

Starters and mains were great. Food was tasty and well cooked and portion sizes were fine. The services was slow, however, and this was due to the night being very busy. This was enough to lose a star but keep it a 4 star place as the wait staff were still very friendly, helpful and attentive. All I can say is well done to the staff for keeping their cool on such a busy night. I would certainly visit again and would recommend to friends.

3.5/5 stars. One missing star for the entree, some prawns. I expected those prawn are Mediterranean style, however they taste like Chinese style, just like I usually cooked, I even do better( I am very good at cook). Half missing star for the cost-performance ratio , the price is high, however this is not their problem, this is my problem, I feel the cost-performance ratio is low mainly because I am a poor student from a developing country. Nevertheless, the steaks taste sooooo good, best steak in Canberra, the red wine also strong enough, even one glass can make me dizzy, I do love that. The waitress is friendly, although she has a little accent, but that is fine , I have Chinese accent as well. Generally, a good restaurant. I will come back after I find a job, earn some money and become rich. I hope I can become rich soon. ————————update---------------------- I come back again, great steak as usual, and fantastic dessert and wine.However, entrees always disappointed.

The food & menu could be better. Flavour did not get close to Spanish food. It was dull and boring. Good selection of wines especially Spanish wines with reasonable price. The services & atmosphere was pleasant

Hubby took me to this restaurant for my birthday and I absolutely love this place. As it was our first time being there, we had the $55 meal as per suggestion and it was amazing! It fed the four of us and we had leftovers. Loved the aromas of food as it greeted you when you enter. The ladies that served us was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient :). The place had the unmistakable Mediterranean feel about it. It was pleasantly quiet (for those looking for a place where you can have a conversation at a normal level, this restaurant is certainly the place for you). For me, it was an enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We visited Camberra for one night without doing much research. A quick search for dinner options resulted in us choosing this place. The steak was amazing and the side sauces were interesting and delicious. The service was EXTREMELY good. Definitely try this place
