Pathetic food, non-existent service, dreadfully noisy, and a rip-off, not only because of the huge over-pricing (given the overall poor quality) but also because they add hidden "service" fees that they don't tell you about when you make the reservation. We will never go back there again, and it has completely turned me off the Jamie Oliver brand.

Amazing service and really great atmosphere and vibe. The food was amazing, took a while to be prepared but it was worth it. Drinks and desert were really nice and the mains were perfect. Garlic bread amazing! And the servers were really sweet and seemed very jolly all night long. Oh, they were really cute too 😝😝❤❤

We were a party of 16 and they took excellent care of us. The food is respectable and the prices ante reasonable. I liked my bolognese.

Experience was overall good, except ordered a medium rare steak that was served medium well. For $36 I would expect it to be a perfect piece of meat. Instead it was chewy and spoiled the night. Would not go back again

We used to enjoy Jamie’s but it seems to have lost its way in some areas. The bread board used to contain delicious and interesting bread in various forms - today’s were bland, under seasoned and almost stale. The pastas seemed expensive for the size of serving, and were not much better than a home cook could produce. Food took a long time to come out despite being in an almost empty restaurant. My dessert arrived after my husband finished his, and the dessert (pannacotta) lacked vanilla flavour (and sweetness, it was oddly unappealing) and the accompanying cherry compote was really bland. I couldn’t finish it - staff made no comment on observing it. We were glad to leave in the end.
