My Trigger experience has been life changing. The level of education, expertise, passion and commitment displayed by every one of the 5 Trigger Fitness Team Members I have met with far exceeds that of every other PT I have experienced. In the 9 months leading up to joining Trigger last October, I had lost 1% body fat,1KG and no dress size despite working out 6 days a week. In the 4 months I have been with Trigger I have lost 8% body fat, 8KG and 4 dress sizes while only doing a 4 day training week. Thanks to Trigger I have a health/ fun life balance and results happening, and PT is something I really enjoy. In addition the nutrition advice they have given me has stopped me dieting for good, yet the weight and fat keep dropping off. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
I first met Cato back in June 2011. It was at boxing gym in Sydney and I personally can say, I've felt the brunt and strength of him. After being knocked around and loosing the first few rounds, I knew straight away what he possessed wasn't normal. He demonstrated a level of strength and fitness I had never come across before. I then found out about his military background and the type of personal trainer he was. Straight away I was hooked! I had to find out more about his training methods. Since I have been training with him, he has helped unravel niggling injuries that have not only been a thing of the past, but have never plagued me since. Regardless of what you want to achieve be it - fat loss, improved strength and mobility, training for a specific event, Cato and the team at Trigger will help you achieve it. They utilise the latest training techniques and methods that guarantees results! Quite simply, they employ the same training principals used by professional athletes all over the world that are proven to work. I have been a regular gym member for many years and never thought that I would ever need personal training. Even though I would go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week I noticed that I wasn't getting the results I was looking for by simply turning up and doing my own thing. It was about one year ago that I started seeing Luke once a week and within a couple of months I could tell I was getting leaner, stronger and more confident. A lot of people say going to the gym as a chore but Luke regularly changes my training program which is a challenge I look forward to. He is always available whenever I need help in terms of form, technique and nutritional advice. I cannot speak more highly of Luke and the Trigger Fitness team. My only regret is that I did not seek out the services of Trigger Fitness much sooner. Thanks to Trigger Fitness I have realised that fitness is a lifetime goal that requires commitment, effort, perseverance, and follow-through. The same principles that are required to be successful in life.
I've been a client of Stu for almost 3 years now, which in itself is a testament to how good a service Stu provides. When I first started seeing Stu, I had some niggling back issues thorough years of bad gym habits. Stu quickly sorted out my back issues through a tailored gym program. The change in my posture has been truly remarkable. Stu is an incredibly dedicated professional and a keen follower of health and fitness research, providing his clients with evidence-based solutions to their health and fitness needs.
Joined Fitness First March 2013 and I meet Sam. He inspired me to get back in to fitness and helped me through my wall that I had encountered. With a nutrition session from Sam and Cato and then some great programs which were easy to follow, I achieved some good results. After 2 shoulder reconstructions and 2 years of physio hope of a successful recovery seemed impossible. However after just 3 ART sessions and a personalised rehabilitation program my shoulders have improved beyond belief. I have improved my range by 30-35% and i now have a sense of hope. I no longer have back pain and my strength is constantly improving. I am truly grateful to Cato and the Trigger Fitness Team and have no hesitation recommending there services to anyone.
