Fantastic gym, my favourite so far, and I've tried a lot of gyms. The staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to answer any queries and clear up any problems.  The Personal trainers always get you motivated. The treadmills, bikes and cross-trainers are always clean and available, and since they expanded the free weights area, there is so much room for exercising. Another thing is the gym is well equipped with all you need.  Highly recommend Plus Fitness Market Place!!!

You should really instruct your staff to ask anyone who is obviously sick and openly coughing/sneezing to leave the gym and only come back when they are over their illness. It is highly inconsiderate to others and basic gym etiquette. People should feel safe when training, and this includes being safe from catching a contagious illness.

Perfect gym for the CBD, always clean, staff are super friendly. It's not an intimidating gym that I've found others can be. The staff make you feel welcome and part of a family. Highly recommend

Nice cosy lil gym, was in Sydney for a few days and tried their trial period. Staff very helpful, gave me a call to answer all my inquiries. Not a big gym but perfect for my needs, not being big also meant there wasn't many people. My go-to gym now everytime I come to Sydney.

Love this gym! It’s small but has everything you need and is rarely busy. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Can’t recommend it enough.

Amazing gym Always clean, very friendly staff always happy to answer any questions, good range of equipment.
