Staff is awesome, cycle spin classes well worth it......
Great vibe.. friendly staff and trainers. Plenty to do - classes equipment etc. Lots of parking nearby as well.
Large gym, new equipment, minimal ppl even during peak times.
This gym has been recently upgraded and has far better equipment that previously. The gym is quite spacious and even in peak hours is able to handle the amount of people very well. The squat racks are in a bad location, however, as no mirrors are available to ensure you have the correct posture.
