I really miss the Zone. Brilliant classes to suit your morning or lunch routine. I actually began doing the morning and lunch classes because they are so convenient and efficient.
Look, if you're after a 30min workout without too much thinking and don't care too much about your own training plan, this is for you. I found it a bit rushed, lacking in context and no real intention or care for your form, so long as you're not going to injure yourself. It is what it is.
