This is a quality place for anyone serious about improving their level of fitness. Proper bikes - non of those spin things!!. Personal FTP settings mean that whatever the course you are always pushing at the boundaries of improving your fitness. Friendly staff and the music ain't bad too !!!
Very encouraging so incentive is there to keep trying. Interesting TV to inspire the cyclist and good fans to cool the body. I am much more inclined to do the hard yards at Loftus St. than sit on my home trainer.
If you are looking to improve your general fitness, lose weight or get serious about your riding then go and see the Athlete Lab team. I saw results within the first 4 weeks. You must try!
