Went in there today and was told that my membership needed to be renewed, to the tune of $99, even though I joined via Fitness Passport, for which I pay $40 per fortnight. And even though Premier Fitness told me when I first signed up that the $99 fee was a one-off. I asked the receptionist about that and she said something like 'yeah it used to be a one-off, but now it's not'. Really unimpressed - they should honour the commitment they made. Won't be 'renewing', I'll just go elsewhere.
My favorite CBD Gym. Great facilities, the people are at reception are always super nice and helpful. No meatheads and a good range of equipment, even when it's a bit busy it doesn't feel crammed. Towel service is great - means I don't have to lug one to work with me everyday. Highly recommend.
Best city gym, great facilities including pool, spa, cold pool, sauna and steam room. Plenty of equipment and never too crowded.

I love everything about this gym! Facilities are clean, classes are the very best and all of the staff are so helpful and lovely except for one guy called Satchin who completely tainted my experience. Although it’s a great gym, I will not be going back because of his rude and aggressive customer service. He phoned me several times abusing me and telling me that I could not keep my membership on hold when I had Covid and was too unwell to go to the gym. Against my will, he unfroze my membership and I lost the remainder that I had trusted the gym with the prepayment of. This was very upsetting because when I signed up with the lovely Lauren and Natalia I made sure that my membership could be frozen. Satchin told me that the lovely staff member Lauren who signed me up had been fired for giving customers the ability to freeze their memberships when I know that she took another job in an industry that she wanted to work in. SLANDEROUS! This guy is a grade A abuser. Rant over, If it weren’t for his bad behaviour I would have definitely prepaid another year as I can’t recommend enough how wonderful the other staff and teachers are.
So much to love about this gym, I've been going here for years. Really spacious and clean, great weight rooms, and the pool is super convenient to have in the middle of the city
Three level gym with everything you need in one place: Swimming pool, cold plunge, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms, WALK IN classes that's right, no booking necessary , dedicated weights section, Cardiovascular rooms and TWO Large penthouse apartment sized bathrooms. It's a shame luxury gyms are such an untapped market, Premier Health & Fitness would definitely be leading the pack!

What makes this gym good? It's clean, I can always get a locker, a shower and a spot in the classes. Having a towel service is awesome and it's a really good looking gym. I'm not you traditional gym goer, but I feel comfortable coming here. The clientele are a mix of super fit and those that aspire to be fitter. I want to come and work out here, because it's not intimidating and it helps me feel better.
The facilities are fantastic, clean and beautifully presented. There is never any problem accessing equipment, even when I am there during the busy lunch time period. Staff are always really friendly, and have been happy to help in the few instances I have needed assistance. Good selection of classes available, which are timed really well so that you can pop in on your work break. The showers are lovely, and I enjoy the complimentary toiletries which are great quality, and the complimentary towels means that there are fewer excuses for not going to the gym.
