I have been training with Vit for just over 1 month now. And he has been very good at the way he approaches me with my lower back injury. Before i started working with Vit i had very bad low back pain and i wasn't able to do the things i wanted to do such as my sport which is boxing . Vit has me on the right track to becoming a boxer and to achieve my goals! Vit has a passion for what he does which is to help people achieve there goals and he does it very well!! If you are looking to achieve your goals i highly recommend Vit Thanks Vit keep up the good work :

Vit is a first class trainer. He is always well prepped, keeping every session interesting, and full on. Most importantly I have had some fantastic fitness outcomes in my time working with Vit: I can genuinely say that I don't think I've ever been fitter. I was always quite sceptical in going with a Personal Trainer based on hearsay. I took a chance and joined Vit 4 weeks ago and believe me I have no regrets. Knowing that I have never exercised in my life, he has taken me on my journey of strengthening my body in a slow and steady pace. Each session he brings out innovative techniques and keeps me motivated to keep going. His in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the human body , his ideas on nutrition clearly shows that he has done a lot of research and hard work . As a trained massage therapist he can quite understand all the aches and pains I complain about. He has an online program, help and support that makes it easier for busy people. More importantly there is a sense of accountability with him as he keeps track of his client’s progress through the Trainerize App where each client has to regularly log the home work exercises. I would say I have enjoyed all my 2 sessions done per week for the last 4 weeks and look forward getting FIT with VIT.I would 100% recommend Vit to those out there searching for a Personal Trainer and get value for your money. In fact, seeing my progress and enthusiasm my husband is planning to join Vit , and so also two of my colleagues. Thanks Vit for your patience and appreciate all your help and sincerity. I've been training with Vit for 1.5 years now. And he's been excellent. Always keen to keep me working hard to achieve my goals! Always friendly and encouraging. Vit is a great massage therapist and Personal Trainer. He is very thoughtful in his approach. He is also sensitive to my needs. With massage Vit can ramp it up and go hard or use slower deeper techniques that really get in the right spots. I find the training exciting and fun to learn new tasks. As I nurse a few problems and injuries, Vit has been sensitive to this and things have only improved. I have great confidence in Vit to provide correct treatment and training.
Vit is a motivated and professional trainer and therapist. Shows genuine interest in a client's progress, and works methodically to tackle obstacles that are in front of their goals. Sessions are interesting, varied and measured, making each one a valuable and enjoyable part of your programme. I'd have no hesitation in recommending VITFIT.
I cannot recommend Vit highly enough as a personal trainer and exercise coach. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable of human physiology and modern/new training techniques, Vit is also very clear in setting and explaining routines and their purpose. So if you are looking for someone as a training mentor, PT instructor or even just some basic technical tips, I would suggest having a chat with Vit."
My range of movement was being restricted due to tight muscles. After one session Vit was the only one so far to allow me to increase the range of movement drastically. Not only was he very informative he is very knowledgeable in sports massage. He explained every facet of the therapy before and during the therapy. This instilled a lot of confidence throughout the entire session.
