Extremely poor, not enough senior staff lack caring communication poor staff empathy very sad 😔 they have no patience the staff rude and abrupt to elderly patience and they lie to them cause they can’t be bothered 🙁🙁 They don’t deserve it they old fragile and have feelings and someone’s loved one whom has trust in facility that they caring for their loved one Juniors learning no clue only few which have empathy others try then give up feel for patience they deserve the utmost care regardless they human beings and deserve dignity happiness allot sad 😔 sit all day do nothing

Management extremely rude and some of the staff. Belongs in the dark ages, very old home.
