The staff of Sanctuary Manors are an amazing group of people who do a difficult job everyday and they do it very well. The Manager, Anne Marie, the R.N.'s and the EENs are experienced and caring and are always happy to answer questions. The Care Staff are kind, patient and very good at taking care of mum's daily living needs. The Lifestyle leader and her volunteers are wonderful, happy people who do their best to entertain the residents everyday. I have lunched with mum on many occasions and have found the food to be excellent, and the Housekeeping staff and Laundry ladies keep mums room and her clothes clean and tidy. Thankyou everyone for looking after mum and giving me wonderful peace of mind.
The first time we entered Arcare Sanctuary Manors we were very welcomed. They welcomed mum with a smile and gave support to her, like any new resident it was all new and very overwhelming but the staff helped mum to settle from day one. I have only had help and support from the manager and staff and the staff have gone out of their way each day to ensure mum was comfortable. At any time I have ask for help for mum they have been there with support. Nothing seems to be a bother for the RN's, nursing staff, cleaners, cooks and maintenance team. The staff that bring the dinners in always have a smile on their face and chat with mum, the nurses that shower, make beds etc are angels. The visiting doctor is great and always there for help. Mum has never said anything bad about anything.The staff at the front desk are great and very friendly and helpful. Arcare as a whole is a comfort for me when ever I leave the building I feel at ease knowing mum is well looked after. Communication is good the manager goes out of her way to keep me updated with everything especially during the peak of the Covid pandemic last year.Our family have nothing but praise for the staff and care as a whole.
