My parents were in there. My father went to hospital with an infection. At some stage a nurse from this facility called me and I stated my father probably won’t be leaving the hospital.. her reply was “what its just an infection”. Anyway he passed away the following day... So that conversation from Blue Care will sit with me for some time and the distinct lack of empathy

Great Nursing Home - friendly staff and fantastic care

My father was able to walk before being admitted here. Afterwards, he was kept restrained or in bed, has not been allowed to walk since. Has also been kept drugged, have consulted his old GP who cannot understand why.
