My mum has been at Magnolia in the lodge for the past 5 years , during this time i have found that the staff are so friendly and always there to help or answer questions, and most of all they always have a smile on there faces and interact with the residents with respect and caring. I have lunch with mum in the dining every week and the food is good, there is a good choice and it’s very tasty. I would like to thank Keight and her team for there ongoing care and love for my mum .

My dad resides in the Boyd Memory Support Unit at Regis Magnolia, and I honestly cannot recommend this incredible place highly enough. From the moment he moved in, it felt like we had joined a warm, welcoming, and truly family-like community. It brings so much peace of mind to know he is not only safe and well cared for, but genuinely loved.nnEvery single staff member — from management to carers, nurses, kitchen staff, maintenance, and the amazing volunteers — is dedicated, compassionate, and professional. They treat the residents with such respect and kindness, and it's clear they all take pride in creating a nurturing and dignified environment.nnA special mention must go to the absolutely phenomenal Lifestyle team. These wonderful women go above and beyond every single day to enrich the lives of the residents. The effort they put into creating joy — through music, costumes, themed events, and entertainment — is just remarkable. My mother was at Magnolia for over 2 years and the service she received from management to the laundry was top class. The staff are 5 star with caring,love and understanding and friendly staff not just to mum but all residents. The food was great also. I couldn't have asked for a better place for mum to be in and l didn't have to worry about how mum was being cared for. Magnolia there isn't enough words to say Thank You from not just my heart but also my mum's. Xx

My husband recently passed away in Ashbury unit, MagnolnnDuring the 13 months he resided there I could not fault the care he received from dedicated staff and the friendliness to me and my family. He enjoyed the food toon.Unfortunately, due to his dementia he could not partake very much in all the great activitiesnThankyou Magnolia for your loving care
