I had to return a product and the staff were really good about it. I really appreciated Carlos' humour. Great guy.

Would not come back here, had some pretty terrible customer service. The staff were not very well trained and had no idea about the drill press they were trying to sell me. The staff member explained that one drill press had more torque than the other, despite having the same motor power and minimum output RPM (so same gear ratio). Since torque = Power/(RPM*2*PI/60) they must have the same maximum torque. I tried to explain this, but he clearly didn't want to listen. The staff member just rudely told me "I'm trained in how to sell drills" and to buy whichever one I wanted. I went and spent my money elsewhere.

TradeTools seems to have a good product range which is why I'm scoring it two stars and not one.
