We went in to get a quote about 2 weeks ago, sat down with the staff member, he did all our specifications for a shed on the computer & said he would send it through to get a quote for us and we haven't heard from them since! We didn't even bother chasing them up & took our business somewhere else.
Sent through an inquiry weeks ago, no response. Have called Stratco twice now. First call someone was calling me back, no one called. Second call, they can’t find my original email and now have their supervisor looking for it. I asked to put a complaint in and speak to the complaints team, no one answered the call and I was told no one was available and they would call me back.nAbsolutely disappointing
If i could have given them zero stars I would have. Absolutely disgusted in the service. They wouldn't let me take my materials that i had paid for. They just wanted to force me to pay for delivery when all i wanted was to take the mayerial that i had wanted. They won't let me and refuse to give me a refund. I won't ever deal with them again. Also not to mention, they wouldn't let me have an overhang on my ute but allowed the male in the ute in front of me to have more than and overhang of 1.2m. I believe they him do it as he is male but not me because I am female. Absolutely disgusting!
The staff were awesome from the start to the finish. Nothing was too hard, took the time to find what I was after and make sure it was in stock and the pricing was exceptional too.
