Very disappointed that stratco did not give us a ring prior to delivery as was discussed when we purchased the carport and at the time we were told that the materials would be carried to the backyard. We were never told that the materials had to be craned from the truck to an easy place in the front yard. Wrong information from the person on the counter so my husband and I had to carry behind the fence. My husband is in his mid seventies with a mobility problem and all the person I spoke to on the phone to complain about it said we'll your are not that much older then me. Not good enough.
The staff were awesome from the start to the finish. Nothing was too hard, took the time to find what I was after and make sure it was in stock and the pricing was exceptional too.
Bought these gates from Stratco Ormeau, installation was a very straight forward, and my client was very happy with the out come. Cheers Phillip from trade connect qld.
Absolutely slack, still waiting on part of our delivery they forget to order 12 days ago. After chasing up after numerous phone calls they think they have found it. Won't hold my breath on delivery tomorrow.
