I spent ages chasing shower door parts until I finally got onto mr windows. Handy website gave me an idea of what I needed but I decided to email to ensure I got it right. Mr windows responded quickly and not only had my parts but gave me sound advise on regards to fitting procedures. I am very happy with the experience and can only wish other suppliers were as easy to deal with - excellent experience.
Wonderful service! I was about to buy a $100 lock set but the staff at Mr Windows kindly directed me to a $40 item which met my needs perfectly. Clearly they are not about making money, but about helping customers to find what they need.
WOW! Excellent Customer Service, patience and in depth knowledge of Windows and Doors. We needed a set of window hardware and with a few emails and a couple of photos the team at Mr Windows found exactly what we needed. Perfection. Excellent support online. I asked a question about a sliding door handle I wanted to replace and they got back to me in 10 minutes with the right part and some good advice. They even told me what a "snib" is :o . It came quickly, and the part itself was really easy to fit. Great service.

They were able to provide me with support to ensure I was ordering the correct parts to replace handles/catches for windows in my apartment of 20 years.
