This Mitre 10 offers great service and staff are very helpful. They have a wide range of stock and the store is very well set up.  We successfully bought a home security wireless doorbell that 4 Bunnings stores did not have in stock. Understandable with all the supply chain issues.  My favourite is their display seating for chairs etc, aka place for me to sit down whilst he does the looking around and buying.  I mean, if clothes apparel stores have “man chairs” not being stereotypical, but when have you seen women sitting here?! lol about time hardware stores offer the same service lol Btw - the seating is just for display, so do your due diligence and ask a helpful staff member before you park yourself there!   Would return and support.

Had every thing I wanted, the staff were great. Had a morning snack a good selection of eats ,coffee and cold softies. Brunch was great better than the other mob. I'll make it again maybe next weekend.

I find the staff at this store so very kind and helpful. Anthony went out of his way to  assisted us with finding the correct screws for our roofing repair . Thankyou very much for your great service

There is a huge range of inventory, although they don't have everything I need every time I visit. At least I can find a staff member to help when I need one unlike that other predatory hardware anathema to customer service.

No I didn't realise or hire any of your great equipment ... as I don't drive anymore or  own a vehicle..for many years... Mitre 10 Mega Beenleigh sells exceptional quality products and a great selection of all types of goods to select your choice....

I love this store from outside regular BBQ through to the garden section.  Always helpful and friendly staff who seem to really want to be there and look after you.  Old fashioned service with modern tech, glad we live so close by!

Been coming here for years. The only place that seems to value their mature employees who are always helpful-friendly and happy. This definitely kicks butt in Bunnings now who have lost that great employment status. Especially with assistance. I love seeing the same faces still there over the years

I brought a $4.95 spline product for my window screens at staff direction and assistance. Opened to use only to find it was too large in diameter. Repackaged, and returned with docket. Was declined a return with another staff member commenting what a check I had bringing it back. Goodbye Mitre 10, hello independent hardware!

Staff always so helpful and friendly whether I am asking about about paint or gardening or sanding discs. And it is easy to find someone. Prices are really competitive too.

Oh it's still a great shop love going back here every time. Great washing powder specials and nic knack, Christmas decorations
