I had a rep take my plans for quoting which would be 2-3 weeks. On the fourth week I rang and was told that they were number three on the pile. That rep then left the company. The new rep which I then rang told me after another week that they were on top of the pile.
Two weeks further went by and I hadn't heard from them, so I rang again. This time I was told that they were to busy to quote them. 
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!
The Manager said he would look into and guess what. Nothing he could do!

Helpfull staff but not many tools or Diy needs.

Awesome team from the admin & booking staff to the pre-fab frame detailers. Very accommodating especially when I had to re-schedule deliveries etc.
