Visited Oxenford Bunnings twice today for some assistance with a drill bit that I thought I needed.nIan and Zach were fantastic in the tool department their assistance in solving a problem was great. Thanks guys keep up the great work. A local Leanne Neil
20/03/25: Alyssa that was working on the front desk/returns/ click and collect counter needs some customer service training!nnShe is a very rude young lady. I asked if she could help me with click and collect or do I need to wait while pointing to the lady over at the money change that had acknowledged me earliernnIt was a genuine question with a reply of being bluntly rude and absolutely being a smart ass! Bunnings staff are usually great but not her.nnOn a positive note the lady that is usually on the door in the garden section but was on the main door this afternoon. I think she maybe filipino. She greeted me and had a little chat when I was leaving. She is fantastic and deserves recognition for her service. She is so pleasant and wonderful every time.nnAlyssa could learn from her!
Went to Bunnings this morning to purchase bird spikes, 13mm socket and a tin of spray paint. Didn't have the bird spick I wanted. Picked up the paint and socket and went to the self checkout at the traidie end to checkout. When checking out to pay for the goods I needed assistance because I had a spray can of paint.I waited from 10 minutes waiting for assistance, yes it was busy but even though I got the attention of staff no one was interested in assisting me. So I walked out leaving the product behind. Bunnings have wasted my time because of lack of interest on service customers. Super Cheap would have been a better option.
Flying visit to get something seen in a different branch a few days earlier but just needed some time to make up minds. Managed to do just that and show a commendable amount of resolve in not wandering around like usual.
Had a great experience with Craig! Super knowledgeable and passionate about all things mowers. His help was much appreciated.
