There's not much to dislike about Bunnings is there. It's awesome having one close by plus the 7am opening on Sunday meant I could get what I needed this morning with minimal fuse. The boys in the timber yard section are pretty helpful, they even cut up the timber I bought for free. I just wish I bought two packets of screws, oh well.. back to Bunnings

Bunnings at Oxenford is a great place if you avoid the weekend rush. The staff will always be there to help you when needed. You can get some great customer service with a helping hand to the car for the big and bulky items. On the weekend they are plenty of activities to learn some new DIY skills for adults and for the children there is a craft session. My kids love to come along and make new things – we don’t have the mess at home!

Best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere in Australia at any shop 👍 hands down, I couldn't rate this bunnings high enough. There help and there kind staff are second to none, they refunded a product I purchased just under $2000 instantly as I was unable to use it with my bad back. I was unable to try the product in store but soon discovered once I was home that I was unable to operate it without my back pain flaring up. There focus is on customer satisfaction, Wow, Still in amazement about how nice and promptly the staff dealt with my refund. 10 out of 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 👍

Asked the young man on the power tools counter to help me find a new replacement for my rotary drill, he kindly pointed to a far off wall & said over there.There were no other customers waiting to be served. This young man needs to learn the art of customer service.
