Very friendly staff - highly recommend this store. Blake at front desk was awesome! Came in after being sent to the store from another suburbs Bunnings with wrong information about stock availability, but Blake was awesome and price matched a near-by product so it wasn't a wasted trip for me. He was super friendly and gave great customer service, not the fake kind, but the genuine kind. Would love for him to be recognised by management, because of him I will definitely be back over my local store. Thanks Blake, you're a legend!
My most recent visit I got the best help from one of the staff - trying to install a pop up irrigation system when I had no idea what I was doing! Couldn’t be more grateful for her help. I visit the store weekly because I love checking out their plants. The staff there are lovely and never had an issue with them :
Service by Sandy was horrible. She was extremely abrupt, blunt and straight up rude. Did not seem like she wanted to help at all. Not to mention eating while serving me.
Customer service is very poor or I should use more suitable word - understaffed. You hardly get someone to help you. While I try to found someone, I helped one lady to reach some items from higher shelf as she couldn’t get them down.
10 stars to Ariki, young man with alot of knowledge,answered all questions,good vibes and enthuasiastic and not in a hurry to run from customers.nThank you again.
