My most recent visit I got the best help from one of the staff - trying to install a pop up irrigation system when I had no idea what I was doing! Couldn’t be more grateful for her help. I visit the store weekly because I love checking out their plants. The staff there are lovely and never had an issue with them :
Very friendly staff - highly recommend this store. Blake at front desk was awesome! Came in after being sent to the store from another suburbs Bunnings with wrong information about stock availability, but Blake was awesome and price matched a near-by product so it wasn't a wasted trip for me. He was super friendly and gave great customer service, not the fake kind, but the genuine kind. Would love for him to be recognised by management, because of him I will definitely be back over my local store. Thanks Blake, you're a legend!
Its already 1019, according to the website it is full but there was only 2 kids at the class. I have put in complain about Donna how she is not friendly and feels very uncomfortable with her.nnEven if the website said that it is full but where are the kids, as bunnings it is encouragement for kids to enjoy and learn. Turning away walks or didnt have any books are just a shame to Donna's way of approaches. We have other staffs been kind and they can see that if no kids turn up they try to fill in the missing spaces to make it busy and fun.nnWhen are we going to move someone who is better than Donna? We really do miss Gabby and she has been great with customers young and old, very accommodating person as well.nn1024 no booking kids turn up. Very disappointed.
When allowing pets instore it would be appreciated for the company to ask for the pets to wear a diaper. As a customer without a pet it would be more pleasant not to have to avoid what other peoples pets have left behind, and I am sure staff members would also appreciate not having to clean it up.
Huge thanks to Jaagdesh at Arundel Bunnings! I couldn't find the corner lounge I was looking for, but she went above and beyond to help me out. The barcode reader was showing the wrong location, but she dedicatedly tracked it down and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Was worth the wait! Amazing customer service, super dedicated, and really friendly. Thanks a lot, Jaagdesh! Hope to see you again next time I'm at the store.
