Best range & service on the GC...

Had the timber that I needed for the job, very helpful staff.  And great quality products. No warped or unusable timber.

I don't know why people give those people good reviews. I went there looking for a specific product, took me a while to get anyone to actually help me, EVERYONE was grumpy and literally tried not to communicate, I felt like they really don't want to be there and I was basically annoying them for even asking for help. I felt REALLY uncomfortable. There was not one person with a smile. They told me the product I was after didn't exist, and then discovered it does.. and they are more expensive than Bunnings for basically the same product.

They answer the phones! Great customer service, competitive prices and good products. Can’t go wrong.

Staff were busy but when I found them they were friendly and helpful. The site is a bit difficult to navigate with a trailer on, and could do with some clearer signage, but otherwise good range of stock and good price.
