Wanted to purchase a repair kit for my trade tool nail gun. Rang and spoke to Graham. He tried to convince me to bring my nail gun into his place of business for repair. I explained that I needed it for work and asked how long a repair kit would take to order. He basically lost interest and said he had no idea and became very unhelpful. I rang another company and got the kit in 2 days. Thank you Greg for your disinterest.

Extremely helpful bunch of people working here. Friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to Brady for going the extra level with setting out my toolbox arrangement for back of car.

Been dealing with many of the team members in store for quite a while who are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On numerous occasions I have been helped and served by the store manager Michael who is an absolute genius and been a saviour to my pressure washing business from the initial equipment purchase, through to organising servicing and answering questions. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the team at the Nerang store.

Bloody awesome service. Originally went to Sydny tools the manager there was quite rude and dismissive about a combo they had advertised. The guys at Trade Tools were brilliant and so helpful. Highly recommend

Went in to trade tools today on my day off to buy a few new tools. Store was pretty quiet but not once did anyone ask if I needed help. Approached the front desk asked a question and it was pretty clear I needed help. The answer was over the back there. Second time I approached the desk asking about another product and the extent of help was showing me some pricing on a screen. What happened to customer service? Here's the different options here's why one better than the other. I get better help at bunnings and that's saying something. Had $1500 worth of gear to buy today and I'll head elsewhere.
