Terrible agency, you'd better avoid. 

The agent from Tracy Yap rented me a mould-infested apartment and gave my personal mobile number to several cleaners, workers and inspectors without my permission. She said it is common in her company to let tenant handle any fix process by themselves. I have no life since moving into this apartment. I wait for more than 3 weeks for mould cleaning but mould is still there when I am moving out on Friday this week. Thanks for Fair Trading giving me the correct instruction.

I suggest this agency to learn to respect people and protect tenant's privacy. It is rude not to ask my permission before giving away my private phone number. It is also illegal in Privacy Act.

Try your best to avoid this agency, or make sure you pick the agent you trust if you are the landlord!
