I went here to refund, but it was closed. I didn't refund almost $150-$160. This is sooooo bad

queue is upto the Hugo Boss store  queued 1 hour and its done. You Just need to be patient!! just enough time to go to boarding gate.

I read the dire reviews but my experience on a Sunday morning was excellent. Lots of pleasant staff and no real queue. They scanned my code and checked invoices boarding pass and passport and processed my refund in maybe 4 minutes. Great.

Email sent requesting update on a claim because it has been more than 65 days. Auto bot reply saying they may reply after 4 weeks. Pho ne number has auto machine answer sayiung wait 60 days before enquiring then hangs up. Not a plesent experience.

The absolute worst. If I could give a 0 star rating, this would be it. Lines extending to the end of the Longchamp store. Pathetic, Sydney. And you call it a world-class city?!

What is the point of having a QR code system when it's exactly the same amount of time taken as manual?? It makes no difference at all. Cmon, with the number of people going through your airport you should definitely have more than a handful of counters open! I suggest investing in some automation...

The customs officers are not the brightest ray of sunshine. They get the job done, but these people must leave tourists with a terrible final impression of Australia.
