Nathalia was so helpful, we were very happy when we left! We were impressed with every single excursion we booked here - they were so fun and well worth it! The advice given was very much appreciated : Also one of the trip's we booked for the Great Barrier Reef - our boat broke, the day before the excursion and they helped us get our money back!
Backpackers World Travel was the best travel agency to guide me during the planning of my trip to the Blue Mountains. Such a lovely service, cool office, great people and a perfect value for money. I liked it so much that I decided to book a second trip with them. Cannot wait to explore the Whitsundays on the epic sailing yacht they provide. A special thanks to Dylan, you did a great job assisting me!! Now I even booked the whole East Coast with them!! SUPER excited : Thanks again for the awesome service Dylan!
These guys are so awesome! I booked my Cairns/Great Barrier Reef scuba dive certification with them and it was absolutely the best experience of my time here in Australia. Would totally recommend using these guys if anyone is interested in doing some pretty cool traveling! They made the hassle of booking everything so easy and it ended up being a trip of a lifetime! He is so enthusiastic for you and he really thinks with you and all your plans! He gives you the best tips and prices. Its so much fun to plan your whole trip with him and you have no stress!! So Amazing. I have used this company twice now and both times the staff have been really helpful and so polite. I firstly had Evie and she was really good and planned things for me and my mum to do in sydney. Second time I had Lucy and she was brilliant. Everything I needed was typed up and sent back within 30minutes even when she was busy. All the amendments I needed she was happy to sit and talk through what was best for me and plan it all in that day. 100% will be using next time I'm travelling.
Backpackers World Travel gave me the experience of a lifetime! I was walking along the street like a lost puppy and Tara stopped me and was very friendly, asking about my travelling plans or lack of and if I needed any help organising anything. Not pushy or anything and just seemed helpful! I sat down with Kate for ages best day of my life and spoke about what I wanted to get out of the rest of my trip and I had a few ideas but didn’t think I had enough time to fit it all in. In about 10 minutes Kate had a whole day by day plan of how I could fit everything I wanted to do in to the time I had, with loads of expert tips about which tours were best and at the very best prices. When it came to booking the tours, because it was so last minute a lot of the tours were booked, but Kate knew where to look to find the last few remaining places and sorted everything out, answering all of my stupid questions along the way. So all my travel, accommodation and tours were sorted out for me, without me having to actually do any of the hard work, completely stress free. I actually had so much fun that I went back every day for the rest of my time in Sydney. Everyone in there was so nice and helpful and Jonny even recommended a good barber for me. Amazing 10/10 would recommend!
Awesome, Super supportive, friendly, well experienced - sum up all those words and the outcome will be Backpackers World Travel. As I went there with my friend we had no plan about what we‘ll do in our two months of traveling. Sure we had some ideas but it was more a rath fantasy than a proper plan. But when we left Backpackers World Travel we had a proper plan for our journey included bungee jumping, river rafting, diving tours, surfing and a lot more crazy stuff. Due to their good connections we got all of this for a price I’d have never expected. So if you want to book/plan a journey, rent a car or even absolving a divers course just go to Tara at BWT and she‘ll take care of you and all your concerns.
I loved my trip to Port Stephens with Backpackers World Travel! Evie did a great job organizing the trip and everyone had such a blast! I would highly recommend using them for all your travel needs.
