Consistent theme this year is "wait times are longer than normal." No one answers when I call and need assistance. I've currently been on hold for over 30 minutes attempting to change a flight. They need to hire more people and staff their call line. I can appreciate that we are emerging from a pandemic and it takes time to get up to speed, but this has been ongoing and has reached the point of unacceptable.
Easily the most incompetent company to deal with that has no comprehension of customer service or timeliness. I can't think of anything better than sitting on hold for 30 minutes to have a urgent flight change processed. Just appalling.
Service is appalling, they create they're own rules and it's like talking to a wall at times having to repeat everything 5 times or more. I absolutely don't understand how this company gets chosen as travel agent for many large corporates.
Appalling service - would never recommend
The most incompetent humans still breathing.
