Amazing agency with sweet, available and really understanding staff, I personally planned my trip with Jemma and she was amazing in any step of the way !! I highly recommend them !!
Sara helped me book my east coast trip and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. I had my mum and sister visiting for the first part of the trip and she was so understanding and the trip catered perfectly for all of us including whitsundays and the Great Barrier Reef, she helped with everything from trip to transfers and went above and beyond. I completed the rest of the trip on my own over 6 weeks, everything ran so smoothly all thanks to Sara's planning, because of this I had an unforgettable experience and it really was a trip of a lifetime. I would 100% recommend this company and I will definitely be booking with them for any future adventures!
I am so so happy I met Sara and got the help from her that I needed. She really listened to my wishes and ideas, took them into consideration and then gave me options and advice based on her own experiences. We created the perfect trip for me, and she helped with booking of basically everything. I felt so taken care of, and I am sure I could not have figured all this out by myself. Would definitely recommend to talk to backpackers world if you are planning a solo trip, it’s was the best and made everything so much easier.
Sara was amazing! She helped us get the best deal day of our trip. I recommend her to anyone who is backpacking or traveling on a budget or even not on a budget. She gave us several options and called several different companies making sure we got the best deal. Also she was a sweetheart!
My girlfriend and I had a whole month sorted by Sara at Backpackers World Travel. As a couple we didn’t really want to be sharing dorms much, and Sara managed to get us a private room with no fuss at most places. Her knowledge of the east coast made it very easy for us to decide what to do and where to go. Her own experiences of certain trips also allowed us to trust her judgement and go with it, and we were not disappointed. Everything ran smoothly for a whole month and any time we had a question, she was there to help immediately. I can’t speak for other staff members at Backpackers World Travel, but if they’re all as helpful and knowledgeable as Sara I would highly recommend. Thank you for sorting it all and making our trip a memorable one!
Sara was such a helpful asset to the planning of my trip! She helped me get an amazing deal on a fantastic van company and worked her magic to make sure I had what I needed at a super affordable price. All while being so easy going and patient! Highly recommend to any traveler x
My friend Sophia and I were really impressed by Sara´s organisational talent regarding our three week trip along the East Coast. She answered every question very confident and she told us everything we had to know. We could really see Sara loves to work with people and she really took her time to make the best experience possible for her costumers.
Sara was great! I came there just for book a tour for whale watching, but she recommended me to book my whole east coast trip because it’s cheap at the moment and that was great! She did a really good job and met all my needs and wishes : would highly recommend her and the travel agency!
