Great selection of products that are high quality, good value prices, and friendly service. I purchased a petrol water pressure cleaner that I had trouble starting. The guys were very happy to help and solved the problem and got it going no problems.
Shocking!! Just shocking, terrible customer service. Ordered a ratchet set online for a click and collect, attended the store only to be told that the lads had no idea where my order was, stood in the front of the store for 40 minutes waiting to hear where my ratchet set was only for the bloke who was serving me to start serving someone else. I've never had a good experience here with these fellas and highly recommend that you go to Sydney tools instead where the customer service is top notch and they will bend over backwards for you. Stuff total tools, there's a good reason there's only one in Canberra.
It’s best to come into the store and buy off the shelves. Had the tool but unfortunately didn’t have the bits I needed.nCustomer service was a bit timid but it’s a well maintained store with wide range of tools. Ample car park.nHaven’t tried the online shopping experience.
Attempted to get a quote from a couple of staff members whilst in store and had an email ready to go with tools on it and the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful on clarification of tools.nThis is the second time I have had an issue with total tools Fyshwick.
Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thanks John and Allan keep up the good work!
