The staff were happy! Not something you see commonly in ANY business these days.nnBecause they were happy they were friendly. And every single person that I passed with the uniform on stopped what they were doing briefly - to ask me if they could help with anything.nnI just went in for some eye candy. I was a tradie - and I love my tools. They turn hands which not even Elon Musk has been able to replicate properly yet into whatever you want them to be!nnI enjoyed my visit to the store so much - I had to buy SOMETHING - just a little gift to myself to make my life at the moment a little easier ...
Highly recommend this store, especially Riley! As a migrant living in Australia for 13 years, I was deeply touched by Riley's exceptional kindness. What I appreciated most was that Riley went above and beyond to guide me in a much better direction and offered the perfect solutions. Truly the warmest and most professional service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Thank you, Riley!
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great range. Fantastic for welding consumables such as gas. Much better than Bunnings for his range of tools.
I bought a petrol chainsaw from this store.nIt broke on the very first use.nnI returned it immediately.nNow it has been over ONE MONTH, and I am still waiting.nNo repair, no replacement, no refund.nJust excuses, delays, and complete silence.nnThis is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in Australia.nSelling a faulty product and then ignoring the customer for a month is unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and responsibility.nnThey clearly do not care about their customers once they take your money.nI strongly DO NOT recommend this store to anyone.nIf you value your time and money, stay away.
Friendly and helpful staff. Heaps of tools at decent prices. I'm a backyard mechanic and hobbyist and have kitted out almost my entire home workshop from Total Tools.
