This store is great, I read the reviews here before going in to the store and wasn't surprised to find the service was perfectly fine and good prices. As for all the negative comments here, this is not a store for you if you don't know what you need, do your research first. The stock levels on the site may not be perfect, but I've never found a store that is. Will definitely visit again.

Found what I was looking for... Which is a plus. But there was only one person serving at the counter. The team member was quite helpful though. But unsure why MSY will have only one person servings customers that too during peak time? Can you please have more than 1 person serving? Thank you 😀

Guys that served me were extremely helpful. Stark contrast to the review section on Google. Only issue is that they didn't answer the phone - which would have saved me a 30min drive, but they were busy when I arrived so can assume they were serving customers Felt obliged to review because of all the negative reviews

Decent prices but slow service and don't bother calling. They'll almost never answer their phone. Still, they have the best prices in town for hardware.

Do you cunts ever answer the phone? I understand it can be busy but the last 20 times I've tried, no answer. It wouldn't be so bad if your website in stock count was correct but guess what its not.
