Purchased Dewalt combo set which was on sales 3 weeks ago. As there was no stock on the warehouse, it had to be delivered from other location. The salesman told me that it would reach in a week and will let me know when it reached. After 2 weeks, I didnt receive a call so I gave them a call to see hows the progress. The person told me again it will be reaching soon and they will let me know. Today, after a week again, I called them and the person told me its sold out and no stock available at ALL. Wasted my 3 weeks. Now I need to go something else without promotion sales. Absolutely bad experience. No compensation, nothing but sorry and refund.

The large selection of product is very impressive. I had a good experience with the staff, the store manager was very helpful.

Very unhelpful, seems too much trouble to answer phone enquiries.
